It is a class 2 motor. The max speed is 20mph W/ motor assistance only.
This is a used bike. It has some light signs of wear on the frame. There is some wear on the drivetrain from use. There are some scuffs on the tires as well. It has been run through by a professional bike mechanic. (see pictures for more details)
