These are used skis. They have some scuffs and scratches on the top of the skis. They have some scratches on the bindings from normal use. The metal edges have some wear on them from normal use. (see pictures for more details)
The bottom of the skis will have a storage wax on them. The wax should be scraped and buffed before use.
